14 Day Returns

Byxas gladly accepts returns within 14 days of dispatch under specified conditions:

Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
'Final Sale' items cannot be returned for refund or store credit, unless deemed as faulty.
Customers need to generate a return label through their local carrier and ship the product back to us.

Once Byxas the Label receives your return:

Refunds are processed within 4 business days of your return being received and are made in the form of the original payment.
If you paid via card, funds might take 5-7 business days to securely process.
